Year of Color!

Happy New Year!

Color is in for 2024 and beyond. Here are some tips if you want to experiment with color.

• Collaborative colors: broad appeal, relatively neutral, and easy to decorate around. Think Agreeable Gray, but in blacks, blues, greens, and even reds.

• Low-cost, low-commitment color features: an accent color on existing details creates outsized impact. This could be doors, stair risers, ceilings, color drenching, trim, built-ins, and fireplace surrounds.

• Cohesive color: if you love soft blue (or evergreen or French grey) on the living room fireplace, use it again for the primary bathroom vanity and a color drenched powder room.
